Wedding Photography The Gardens in Yalding
The Gardens in Yalding is a stunning venue. I struggle to think of any wedding venue in Kent that has a more beautiful setting. As a wedding photographer it is always a delight to photograph here. The Gardens in Yalding have been hosting weddings since 2016, they always do a brilliant job and this wedding was no exception. The sun was shining and the couple full of smiles, so obviously completely in love.
The day began with bridal prep. The bride had use of a wonderfully, large room that overlooked the gardens for her and the bridal party. The weather was blazingly hot so the ceremony was outside in the gazebo, followed by drinks on the terrace and lawn. After the drinks reception the couple had their wedding breakfast in the Tipis followed by the evening reception.

The couple wanted largely candid photos so we kept the portrait session very short, only about 5 or 6 minutes. The couple were walking to the tent to be announced in for the wedding breakfast when this beautiful moment happened, as they casually strolled along, completely unaware that I was taking any photos. The photo not only captures the very happy groom as he looks at his stunning bride but also the detail on the back of the dress, the fine weather that day and a large part of the venue all in one candid moment.
This fun moment was just as the couple were announced into the wedding breakfast. I always try to look out for these little happy moments and interactions over the course of the wedding day.
This couple never stopped smiling, they were quite obviously very much in love. One of my favourite weddings of the year.
